The job is the phone ringing.
That is the whole philosophy, and everything Reinforce Creative does comes out of it. Based in Columbus, Indiana, building for contractors and trades across the Midwest.
Why this company exists
Contractors around here are not short on attention. A junk hauler posts a before-and-after and forty people react. A landscaper's work gets shared around town. An excavator's name comes up every time somebody in the county needs a pond dug.
That attention is real, and most of it evaporates. It hits a Facebook page with no next step, or a website built in 2016 with a phone number in the footer, and the person moves on. Not because the business is bad, but because nothing asked them to do anything.
Reinforce Creative exists to close that gap. Not to make prettier websites. To make the attention you already have turn into work you actually get paid for.
We build for Midwest trades on purpose. A seven-month season, storm weeks that decide a whole quarter, and customers standing in a field with one bar of signal are not things you learn from a case study, and every one of them changes what the site has to do.
A beautiful website that still has you quoting by text at nine at night is not a success. A plain one that gives you the evening back is.

How we operate
Five things we don't do.
Most of what makes working with an agency miserable is avoidable. So we avoid it.
The build price does not move
You get a fixed number before work starts. If it takes us longer than we thought, that's our problem to solve, not your invoice to absorb.
We don't hold your site hostage
Your domain is in your name. Your files are yours. If you want to leave, we help you pack.
We don't sell you things you don't need
If your site is fine and you just need a quote form, we'll tell you that, even though the bigger job pays better.
We don't hide behind jargon
No funnels, no synergy, no digital transformation. If we can't explain what something does in one sentence, we probably shouldn't be selling it.
We don't chase you
One follow-up. If you're not interested, you're not interested. Life's too short and so is yours.
And one thing we always do
Tell you the price before you talk to anyone. It is on the page, it is $2,500, and it does not move because of how your truck looks or how busy you sound.
